Level A – The athlete must be able to perform all CrossFit Open Workouts RX.

Level B – The athlete must be able to perform:
Chest to Bar - Handstand Push Up - Handstand Walk 1m unbroken- Deadlift 100kg/70kg - Snatch 60kg/40kg – Clean and Jerk 80kg/55kg

Level C – The athlete must be able to perform:
Pull Ups - Deadlift 80kg/55kg – Snatch 30kg/20kg – Clean and Jerk 50kg/35kg
